Οι ΜΙΓΜΑ είναι ένα 6μελές ροκ συγκρότημα που δημιουργήθηκε στα τέλη του 2005 και αποτελείται από τους:
Γιώργο Ζαχαρόπουλο στο τραγούδι,
τον Βαγγέλη Παρασκευαϊδη στα τύμπανα-κρουστά (έχει συνεργαστεί επίσης με το συγκρότημα Σύννεφα με Παντελόνια και τον Μάνο Ξυδού),
τον Γιάννη Αντιβάση στην ηλεκτρική κιθάρα (δισκογραφία με το συγκρότημα Εν Εμοί),
τον Νίκο Βογιατζάκη και τον Μιχάλη Μόσχο στις ηλεκτρικές, slide και lap steel κιθάρες (μέλη του συγκροτήματος Pulse)
και τον Αλμπέρτο Οικονόμου στο ηλεκτρικό μπάσο (μέλος του συγκροτήματος Brain Damage).
Αυτή τη περίοδο οι Μίγμα ολοκληρώνουν το ντεμπούτο άλμπουμ τους που ηχογραφήθηκε εν μέρει στο στούντιο Praxis του Κώστα Παρίση (Υπόγεια Ρεύματα) και στα στούντιο του τμήματος Μουσικής Τεχνολογίας και Ακουστικής των Τ.Ε.Ι Κρήτης στο Ρέθυμνο, με μηχανικό ήχου/μουσικό παραγωγό τον Νίκο Κεφαλογιάννη (καθηγητή του τμήματος), ο οποίος έχει προσφάτως συνεργαστεί με τους Locomondo στη ηχογράφηση του δίσκου τους “12 Μέρες στη Τζαμάικα”.
Εκτός από το να δοκιμάζουν τις αντοχές τους στο στούντιο ΑΡΤ της Κυψέλης, οι Μίγμα κάνουν εμφανίσεις σε διάφορους χώρους της Ελληνικής επικράτειας με πιο πρόσφατη αυτή στο Mad Day Live του MAD TV, στο Ikarus International Rock Festival στο Αβδού της Κρήτης μαζί με συγκροτήματα από την Ελλάδα, την Αμερική και την Μ. Βρετανία, στο Present Art Festival που διοργάνωσε η Θύρα Τέχνης, παρέα με τα Υπόγεια Ρεύματα, τον Πάνο Μουζουράκη και άλλους καλλιτέχνες της σύγχρονης Ελληνικής ροκ σκηνής, το φεστιβάλ Δήμου Ηρακλείου μαζί με τους Black Ocean και τη Ξυπόλητη Στρατιά και οπουδήποτε υπάρχουν διαθέσιμα αυτιά ν’ ακούσουν. Οι συνθέσεις του συγκροτήματος διακρίνονται από πολυσυλλεκτικές επιλογές, περασμένες μέσα από ένα έντονο ροκ φίλτρο και με συχνές αναφορές στην Ελληνική μουσική. Οι στίχοι τους… κινηματογραφικοί, περιγράφουν βιώματα και προσεγγίζουν διαστάσεις της σύγχρονης καθημερινότητας. Oι Domenica είναι ελληνικό μουσικό συγκρότημα. Σχηματίστηκαν το 1994. Το 1999
κυκλοφορεί η πρώτη τους δισκογραφική δουλειά με τίτλο Άχρηστα ρολόγια, στην
οποία περιλαμβάνονται μια σειρά από τραγούδια όπως Άχρηστα ρολόγια, Θα κρύβω
αυτό που ζητάς, Μείνε κοντά μου. Η επόμενη δισκογραφική δουλειά με τίτλο Μέσα
στη βουή του Δρόμου, με την ομώνυμη επιτυχία, κυκλοφορεί το 2002. Το 2004
συνεχίζουν την πορεία τους με το άλμπουμ Ιστορίες για μικρούς και μεγάλους και
με τραγούδια όπως Λίγη ζωή ακόμη, Η καρδιά μου ταξιδεύει . Το 2007 κυκλοφόρησε η
τελευταία μέχρι στιγμής δισκογραφική τους κυκλοφορία με τίτλο 'Χίλιες φορές
έτσι' με αναγνωρίσιμα τα Κι εσύ πού ήσουν, Ταξίδεψέ με, που είναι διασκευή του
Sail away του David Gray, Συμβαίνει συχνά.
Στις δισκογραφικές τους
δουλειές έχουν μελοποιήσει ποιήματα του Μήτσου Παπανικολάου και του Ναπολέωντα
Λαπαθιώτη.
Το 2003 ήταν υποψήφιοι στα 'Βραβεία Αρίων' και απέσπασαν το Βραβείο Καλύτερου Έντεχνου Γκρουπ. Τον Απρίλιο του 2005 ήταν για ακόμη μια φορά υποψήφιοι στα 'Βραβεία Αρίων, όπου τους απονεμήθηκε το Βραβείο Καλύτερου Εναλλακτικού Άλμπουμ. Τον Ιούνιο του 2005 στα MAD Awards κέρδισαν το Βραβείο Καλύτερου Ροκ Βίντεοκλίπ.
Αυτό τον καιρό βρίσκονται στο στούντιο ετοιμάζοντας το νέο τους δίσκο και ξεκινούν περιοδεία σε πολλές πόλεις της Ελλάδας.

About Domenica
DOMENICA are a band, that was formed in Athens, Greece, in 1994. Their first discographic appearances, were several participations in albums of various artists, followed by their debut album, ''Useless Clocks'' (''Axrista rologia''), in 1999. The next release received the audience's enthusiasm and its positive reception in 2002, with the title ''In the Roar of the Street'' (''Mesa Sti Voui Tou Dromou''). The homonymic song became a hit and it is being played up to today. In March 2004, Domenica had their third release, ''Histories For Small And Big'' (''Istories gia Mikrous Kai Megalous''). The song ''Some More Life'' ('Ligi Zoi Akoma'') became also hit and was rewarded. In 2007 the album ''A hundred times that way'' (''Xilies Fores Etsi'') is until this moment their last discographic creation. The band is now at the studio and working on new songs with new, louder sound, with dynamic guitars. Domenica have set to music a certain number of poems by Napoleon Lapathiotis and Mitso Papanikolaou. In 2003 Domenica were nominated and won the 'Arion Music Award' for the Best Band in the art-song (entechno). In April 2005, they were once more nominated and won the 'Arion Music Awards' for the Best Alternative Album. In June 2005 in MAD Awards, they won the Award for the 'Best Rock Videoclip'.

May 2007... A few months before Radiohead made their in rainbows album available as a digital download directly from their site, encouraging the listener to determine whether and how much he should pay and long after independent web record companies and bands of smaller caliber than radiohead had launched similar models of music distribution, we (fingers crossed) were on tour, on board to the Island of Crete. While enjoying a plate of "bugiourdi" (a Greek specialité) at the restaurant of this so called cruising palace, we decided that we were at last ready to release a full length album. So, after turning down 2 record contracts coming from 2 major Greek labels we also decided that our album would be offered for free directly from our website, (www.fingerscrossed.gr) in a package which would include music, artwork, liner notes, lyrics, mp3 compressed at 192kbps (and 320 kbps after email) and a story written by us and describing the process of the creation of the album, as well as the reasons that urged us to attempt a release of this kind... something like a suicide note, which you are now reading.
On July 2007 the recordings of the album, which was yet to be named "Hopscotch" began, taking place at Sca studios with music engineer and co-producer Thodoris Zeukilis. Thodoris is a friend of ours, a steady partner and a person, whose aesthetic judgment is greatly trusted by us. He works like a dog and keeps evolving, instead of relying on his past achievements, because of his deep and personal restlessness. He also often cares for the artist’s material and songs more than the artist himself and treats recording and engineering as an art, rather than a “microphone setting” guide. To sum up, the album was not produced by Rick Rubin, neither its mixing took place in Sweden, nor was it mastered by Ted Jensen. Everything took place at Polydroso Chalandriou(an Athens district). 100% genuine Greek product....like feta cheese. Consequently, this choice wasn't made because of lack of money, but due to our determination and will to cooperate with people, that share similar experiences and level of obscurity with us. Those people’s work we want to project and them we want to project us through their achievements.
Minas (guitar) was declared
recordings champion scoring 10hrs of recording, with Yannos (guitar)
finishing at second place scoring 11hrs, while third place and forth
place were covered by Vironas (bass) and Serafeim (drums) with 12 and
14 hrs respectively. Dimitris (vocals) finished last after 50 hrs of
recording. Add to that over 100 hrs of editing, mixing and mastering,
during which we regularly stacked ourselves in a car parked outside the
studio, just to listen to the ongoing recording through a common sound
system, and now you have an album. And now the odyssey begins...
April 2008…Under the pressure of our own desire to release the album before summer, we assigned the artwork to our friend Achilles Pistonis, He delivered us a masterpiece, but unfortunately it wasn’t exploitable in its digital form. At the time, one of us was completing his compulsory military service, while the rest of us were concerned about the rest of the details of the album and about things that expressed our pettiness such as: to be the first band to attempt such a thing in Greece, a concern that actually downgraded the importance of our attempt itself…And suddenly during all these silly thoughts a serious medical problem reappeared to one of us, forcing us to reconsider our priorities in life in general, but also the concept of time.
In the middle of this hurricane we decided to use as an album cover, a drawing by Anna Psaroudaki, which had been made for a previous promo of ours. This drawing was processed and edited by Philip Kaponis , who finally managed to transform it into a complete artwork package. Photos from our live performances were taken by Gregg Roumeliotis, who is the only photographer, who managed to capture our energy on our shows under very difficult circumstances (low lighting and constant movement). The studio photos were taken by Aristotelis Roufanis. Both of them are two photographers, whom we are friends with, and want to promote their work and be promoted through it as well. We also shot a video clip for our virtual single "Veronique" with our friend and film director Constantinos Antonopoulos, who welcomed us at his home and captured with his lens our complete absence of talent towards the camera.
As far as the developing of the site was concerned, we ended up doing it ourselves. That happened due to our inability to spot a web designer who would believe in our concept and charge us less than 1500euros. (Yes, we are insinuating something about web developers!!) Lastly we pressed 500 CDs at the very helpful Fabel Sound. These Cds will be used as promos and will also be sold during our concerts, as a recollection of the music experience itself. We should note that during this process we paid royalties to the Greek collection society (A.E.P.I) only to collect them back in the near future. So that's pretty much the story until today.
Fingers Crossed – Hopscotch. Is it an underground record, with a D.I.Y mood, which punches in the gut the record companies and a band with wisdom gained from anarchist movements…???? Certainly not... Hopscotch is a pop- mainstream album, which overrides the record companies, who are currently more puzzled than a teenager, because they don't have anything to offer right now, and is the product of a band that believes in the change of means. And by change of means we do not mean the change from the CD to the mp3, like from vinyl to CD, but the general change of the music environment. Of course we would like this model to be profitable for us, but had we sorted this out we would be having this “conversation” giving a lecture at Cambridge or Stanford University and not through our humble website.
In conclusion, after a year of
extreme work, lots of kilometers, medical problems, military service,
immigration and something like 13.000 euros poorer, would we do it
again??

The next time that your family and your friends are gathered on your birthday and you are called to blow the candles, do not consider this as a silly western custom., Instead look around you, and realize that these few suckers, which are present at the moment will always be there for you, even if things won’t work so well. And if someone sends you a happy birthday text message saying "I wish you health for you and your family…, …be well with the people you love" do not think of it as a mere formality but as coming from a deeply mature friend.

Μάιος 2007... Λίγο πριν οι radiohead καταστήσουν διαθέσιμο το in rainbows για απευθείας download από το site τους, παραινώντας τον ακροατή να ορίσει το αντίτιμο αυτής της συναλλαγής και αρκετό καιρό αργότερα, αφότου ανεξάρτητες διαδικτυακές δισκογραφικές και μπάντες μικρότερου βεληνεκούς από τους radiohead είχαν εφαρμόσει αντίστοιχα μοντέλα διάθεσης της μουσικής, εμείς (fingers crossed) βρισκόμασταν κατά μέσου περιοδείας και συγκεκριμένα στο πλοίο προς Κρήτη. Τρώγοντας λοιπόν μπουγιουρντί στο εστιατόριο του πλωτού ανακτόρου ,αποφασίσαμε ότι πια ήμαστε έτοιμοι να κυκλοφορήσουμε ένα full length album. Απορρίψαμε λοιπόν τις προτάσεις από δύο μεγάλες ελληνικές εταιρίες και καταλήξαμε ότι το album μας θα διατίθετο δωρεάν από το site μας, σε ένα πακέτο συνοδευόμενο από τα εξώφυλλα, εικονογράφηση, στίχους , mp3 (192 kbps και 320 kbps κατόπιν ξεχωριστού email), καθώς και ένα κείμενο, το οποίο θα περιέγραφε την πορεία δημιουργίας του δίσκου και τους λόγους για τους οποίους καταφεύγουμε σε αυτόν τον τρόπο διάθεσης...κάτι σαν σημείωμα αυτοκτονίας, το οποίο και τώρα διαβάζετε.
Τον Ιούλιο ,λοιπόν, του 2007 ξεκίνησαν οι ηχογραφήσεις για το album, το οποίο έμελλε να ονομαστεί Hopscotch (κουτσό), στα Sca studios με ηχολήπτη και συμπαραγωγό το Θοδωρή Ζευκιλή.Ο Θοδωρής είναι φίλος μας και σταθερός συνεργάτης μας και είναι ένας άνθρωπος, του οποίου την αισθητική εμπιστευόμαστε, δουλεύει σαν σκύλος, βελτιώνεται και προχωρά συνέχεια λόγω ανησυχίας και δεν επαναπαύεται στις δάφνες του, νοιάζεται σε σημεία περισσότερο για το υλικό σου από ότι εσύ ο ίδιος και τέλος αντιμετωπίζει την ηχοληψία ως τέχνη και όχι ως οδηγό τοποθέτησης μικροφώνων. Συνεπώς, την παραγωγή δεν την έκανε ο Rick Rubin, η μίξη δεν έγινε στη Σουηδία αλλά ούτε και το mastering o Ted Jensen.Όλα έγιναν στο Πολύδροσο Χαλανδρίου. Μιλάμε για ελληνικό πράγμα...σαν τη φέτα. Αυτή η επιλογή, λοιπόν, δεν έγινε λόγω έλλειψης χρημάτων, αλλά επειδή επιθυμούμε ως συνεργάτες μας ανθρώπους με κοινά με εμάς βιώματα και αναφορές, με τους οποίους μοιραζόμαστε το ίδιο επίπεδο αφάνειας και την επιθυμία να προβάλλουμε ο ένας την δουλειά του άλλου.
Πρωταθλητής ηχογραφήσεων αναδείχθηκε ο Μηνάς (κιθάρα) με 10 ώρες ηχογράφησης, δεύτερος ο Γιάννος(κιθάρα) με 11, τρίτος ο Βύρωνας (μπάσο) με 12, τέταρτος ο Σεραφείμ (ντραμς) με 14 και ουραγός ο Δημήτρης (φωνή) με 50. Προσθέτουμε σε αυτές πάνω από 100 ώρες μίξης και mastering, κατά την διάρκεια των οποίων γράφαμε τη μίξη σε cd και στοιβαζόμασταν έξι άτομα σε ένα αυτοκίνητο έξω από το studio για να την ακούσουμε σε συμβατικό ηχοσύστημα και έχουμε ένα cd έτοιμο. Και κάπου εδώ ξεκινάει η Οδύσσεια...
Απρίλιος 2008...Κάτω από την πίεση της επιθυμίας μας να κυκλοφορήσει το album μας πριν το καλοκαίρι αναθέτουμε το artwork στον φίλο μας Αχιλλέα Πιστώνη, ο οποίος μας παραδίδει ένα αριστούργημα, το οποίο ωστόσο δεν ήταν αξιοποιήσιμο στην ψηφιακή του μορφή. Και ενώ ασχολούμαστε με όλα αυτά, καθώς και με μικροπρέπειες του τύπου: να είμαστε οι πρώτοι που θα εισήγαγαν το εγχείρημα εν Ελλάδι, οι οποίες υποβίβαζαν τη σημασία της ίδιας της κίνησης και της μουσικής μας και ενώ ένα μέλος μας βρίσκεται στο στρατό επανεμφανίζεται σοβαρό πρόβλημα υγείας σε έναν από εμάς. Επόμενο, πλήρης αναθεώρηση τον προτεραιοτήτων μας στη ζωή γενικότερα, καθώς και της έννοιας του χρόνου...
Καταμεσής αυτού του κυκλώνα αποφασίσαμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε για εξώφυλλο ένα σχέδιο της Άννας Ψαρουδάκη για παλιότερο promo μας ,το οποίο επεξεργάστηκε και διασκεύασε ο Φίλιππος Καπώνης και το μετουσίωσε σε πλήρες γραφιστικό πακέτο. Για τις live φωτογραφίες φρόντισε ο Γρηγόρης Ρουμελιώτης , ο οποίος είναι ο μοναδικός φωτογράφος που κατάφερε να απεικονίσει την ενέργεια μας στα live κάτω από δύσκολες συνθήκες φωτισμού και κίνησης, ενώ για τις υπόλοιπες ο Αριστοτέλης Ρουφάνης. Δύο φωτογράφοι, οι οποίοι είναι φίλοι μας, θέλουμε να προβάλουμε τη δουλειά τους και να προβληθούμε μέσα από αυτούς. Επίσης, γυρίσαμε και ένα video clip για το εικονικό μας single Veronique με το φίλο μας και σκηνοθέτη Κωνσταντίνο Αντωνόπουλο, ο οποίος μας φιλοξένησε και με το φακό του κατάφερε να συλλάβει την παντελή έλλειψη ταλέντου μας προς την κάμερα.
Όσον αφορά, τώρα το κομμάτι της δημιουργίας του site μας, καταλήξαμε να το κάνουμε μόνοι μας γιατί δεν καταφέραμε να εντοπίσουμε web designer, ο οποίος θα πίστευε στο εγχείρημα μας και θα μας χρέωνε κάτω από 1500 ευρώ. Ναι , αυτό είναι νύξη προς τον κλάδο. Τέλος, τυπώσαμε 500 cd, κάποια από τα οποία θα χρησιμεύσουν ως promo και κάποια θα πωλούνται στα live ως ανάμνηση της μουσικής εμπειρίας, στην πολύ εξυπηρετική Fabel Sound. Να σημειωθεί ότι κατά τη διάρκεια αυτής της διαδικασίας πληρώσαμε δικαιώματα στην Α.Ε.Π.Ι για να τα επιστρέψει αυτή αργότερα σε εμάς!!!;;; Και κάπως έτσι φτάνουμε στο σήμερα...

Ένας δίσκος underground, με διάθεση D.I.Y ( do it our self), γροθιά στο στομάχι των δισκογραφικών εταιριών και μία μπάντα με αποστάγματα αναρχικής ιδεολογίας;;; Όχι...Ένας δίσκος pop-mainstream που παρακάμπτει τις δισκογραφικές εταιρίες, οι οποίες στην παρούσα φάση είναι πιο πελαγωμένες και από έφηβο, γιατί δεν έχουν τίποτα να προσφέρουν και μία μπάντα που πιστεύει στην αλλαγή μέσου. Και με την αλλαγή μέσου δεν εννοούμε την μετάβαση από το cd στο mp3, όπως από το βινύλιο στο cd, αλλά μία ολόκληρη αλλαγή περιβάλλοντος. Φυσικά το μοντέλο θέλουμε να είναι βιοποριστικό για εμάς, αλλά αν το είχαμε ανακαλύψει και αυτό, αυτή η διάλεξη θα γινόταν στο Cambridge ή στο Stanford και όχι μέσω της ταπεινής σελίδας μας.
Καταλήγοντας ,λοιπόν, μετά από
ένα χρόνο υπερβολικής δουλειάς, χιλιομέτρων, προβλημάτων υγείας,
στρατιωτικών θητειών, μεταναστεύσεων και κάποια 13.000 ευρώ φτωχότεροι,
θα το ξανακάναμε; Και βέβαια...

The JACKS are a 5piece party, a cocktail of influences and music experiences,
that exists since October 2006. The ingredients of this cocktail are:
- Alex Klimentopoulos, on drums, of the mighty garagemen FRANTIC V.
- Jim Lefakis, on guitar, of the popsters MY OWN DEVICES.
- Themistoklis Kyriazis, on bass, of the electronicateers Eko-Tiger.
- Thoula D, on keyboards 'n' backing vocals, coming from a Mod group whose traces are lost.
- Miss Beatrice, on vocals 'n' tambourine, a favourite vocalist of Eko-Tiger.
Having obvious 60's influences and an 80's revival feeling, they insist on
doing classic covers on groups like KINKS, WHO, SONICS and at the same time
creating a buzz with covers of songs that only the 'inn crowd' knows...

Οι
Έμμονο Γκρίζο
δημιουργήθηκαν στα μέσα
του 2004, από τον τραγουδιστή-κιθαρίστα
του συγκροτήματος, Μπάμπη Τζανιδάκη.
Αρχικά η μουσική χρησιμοποιήθηκε ως μέσο
επικοινωνίας των στίχων και των κειμένων
του.
Το πρώτο ντέμο με τίτλο "Στον βυθό" ηχογραφήθηκε στα τέλη του 2004 στο στούντιο
του Γιώργου Στεφανάκη (Πελομα Μποκιού). Η μπάντα αποτελούνταν από τον Μπάμπη
Τζανιδάκη στα φωνητικά και στην κιθάρα, τον Σοφοκλή Αντωνιάδη στα τύμπανα, τον
Τάσο Μπρεντάνο (Domenica, Electrica, Cosmos) στο μπάσο και τον Δημήτρη Δέρδα
στην κιθάρα.
Η γνωριμία του Μ. Τζανιδάκη με τον Δημήτρη Δημητράκα (Panx Romana, Ριφιφί) το
2005, άλλαξε τη δομή στο μουσικό σχήμα. Ο Γιώργος Καλαμούτσος (Salveo) ήρθε ως
μόνιμο μέλος στο μπάσο και ο Ανδρέας Τριανταφυλλίδης, ως session, στην κιθάρα.
Με παραγωγό τον Δ. Δημητράκα, στο στούντιο του Γ. Στεφανάκη ξεκίνησαν οι
ηχογραφήσεις οχτώ τραγουδιών, που θα αποτελούσαν τον κορμό του επερχόμενου
πρώτου CD.
Το καλοκαίρι του 2005 για πρώτη φορά οι Έμμονο Γκρίζο συμμετείχαν σε διάφορα
φεστιβάλ της ελληνικής επαρχίας και το φθινόπωρο της ίδιας χρονιάς οι συναυλίες
συνεχίστηκαν σε στέκια της αθηναϊκής πρωτεύουσας. Στις αρχές του 2006 ο Σ.
Αντωνιάδης αντικαταστάθηκε από τον Νίκο Μοίρα (Art Of Simplicity) στα τύμπανα.
Την ίδια εποχή επήλθε η γνωριμία με τον ηχολήπτη Θανάση Νάνο και η μπάντα
ξαναμπήκε στο στούντιο με φρέσκιες ιδέες. Η ηχογράφηση ένδεκα τραγουδιών, στα
στούντιο της Music On, με παραγωγό τον Μ. Τζανιδάκη, αποτέλεσε τον πρώτο
επίσημο δίσκο των Έμμονο Γκρίζο.
Στα τέλη του 2006 το συγκρότημα μπήκε στο δυναμικό της Atlantis Records και στις
23 Δεκεμβρίου, η πρώτη επίσημη κυκλοφορία, με τίτλο "Γεύση", ήταν γεγονός. Έως το
καλοκαίρι του 2007, το σχήμα έκανε αρκετές εμφανίσεις σε συναυλιακούς χώρους της
Αθήνας.
Στα τέλη του 2007, στον κορμό της μπάντας ενσωματώθηκε ως μόνιμος κιθαρίστας ο
Αποστόλης Υφαντής. Την ίδια χρονική περίοδο, η μπάντα γνωρίστηκε με τον Vj και
ιδρυτή της ομάδας "Visual Vibe Project", Σπύρο Κουδουνά.
Στις 6 Ιανουαρίου του 2008 οι Έμμονο Γκρίζο και το V.V.P. παρουσίασαν στο Rodeo
Club την πρώτη οπτικοακουστική παράσταση του συγκροτήματος. Το καινούριο
στοιχείο ήταν η χρήση συσκευών προβολής, live καμερών και ζωντανών οπτικών εφέ.
Το καλοκαίρι του 2008 ο Γ. Καλαμούτσος αποχωρεί και στη θέση του έρχεται ο Χάρης
Γερουλάκης (Εξόριστοι). Μετά από πρόβες έξι μηνών, η μπάντα με την τωρινή της
σύνθεση πια, μπαίνει στο στούντιο στις 18 Ιανουαρίου 2009 και ξεκινά τις
προκαταρκτικές ηχογραφήσεις που θα αποτελούσαν το νέο CD.
Κατά τη διάρκεια του έτους συνεχίστηκε η δημιουργία του νέου άλμπουμ με τίτλο
"Πίσω από τα φώτα" και ολοκληρώθηκε το Φθινόπωρο της ίδιας χρονιάς.

Την πρώτη τους δισκογραφική δουλειά καταθέτη το διαχρονικό Ελληνόφωνο
ROCK συγκρότημα ΗΛΕΚΤΡΟΝ. Το Cd περιέχει 12
συνθέσεις ψυχής γεμάτες μελωδία μπαίνοντας δυναμικά στην ROCK
σκηνή και αγγίζοντας τις καρδιές μας συνεχίζουν.....
Ήδη το δέυτερο τραγούδι του CD με τίτλο «ΕΙΜΑΙ ΕΔΩ» έχει αρχίσει να προκαλεί ευχάριστη έκπληξη με την επιτυχία που προδιαγράφεται ότι θα κάνει.

Η μουσική των Breathless είναι επηρεασμένη από την αυθεντική Rock ‘N' Roll μουσική της δεκαετίας του '50 και την μεταγενέστερη Νέο - Rockabilly μουσική σκηνή που άνθισε στις δεκαετίες '70 και '80. Αν πάρεις στο ένα χέρι την μουσική των Elvis Presley, Gene Vincent, Eddie Cochran, Carl Perkins, Johnny Burnette Trio, Buddy Holly και Chuck Berry και στο άλλο των Stray Cats, Polecats, Jets και Crazy Cavan έχεις ως αποτέλεσμα τον μουσικό ήχο των Breathless.
ΠΡΟΗΓΟΥΜΕΝΕΣ ΕΜΦΑΝΙΣΕΙΣ:
Οι Breathless έχουν εμφανιστεί στο κοινό της Θεσσαλονίκης έχοντας παίξει αρκετές φορές στη μουσική σκηνή «ΜΕΣΟΓΕΙΟΣ» ενώ έχουν εμφανιστεί αρκετές φορές και στο CLUB «ΞΥΛΟΥΡΓΕΙΟ» στον πολυχώρο «ΜΥΛΟΣ». Συμμετείχαν στο 2ο Διεθνές Rok ‘N' Roll Festival - "White Boppin' Tower" που πραγματοποιήθηκε στην Θες/νικη παίζοντας δίπλα σε μεγάλα ονόματα του εξωτερικού όπως ο Ronnie Nightingale & The Haydocks από την Ολλανδία, οι Jungle Tigers από την Ισπανία και άλλοι,ενώ άνοιξαν την πολύ επιτυχημένη συναυλία των διεθνούς φήμης Ροκ Εν Ρολ αστέρων Sue Moreno από την Ολλάνδια και Black Raven από τη Γερμανία στο CLUB του MYΛOY στην Θεσσαλονίκη. Επιπρόσθετα έπαιξαν στο κοινό της Αθήνας στο CLUB ANN μαζί με τους Rockets με πολύ μεγάλη επιτυχία, ενώ ζωντανές εμφανίσεις πραγματοποίησαν επίσης στην Χαλκιδική και στην Καβάλα. Τέλος οι Breathless εμφανίστηκαν δύο φορές στο παρελθόν σε μουσικές εκδηλώσεις του Δήμου Αμπελοκήπων.
ΣΥΝΕΝΤΕΥΞΕΙΣ:Εκτός από τις πολυάριθμες εμφανίσεις τους, οι Breathless έχουν δώσει παρών τόσο στον τύπο όσο και στο Ραδιόφωνο. Τον Μάιο του 2006 αναφέρεται το όνομα τους στο Άρθρο - Αφιέρωμα στην ελληνική Ροκ Εν Ρολ σκηνή του περιοδικού «ΠΟΚ ΚΑΙ ΡΟΚ» . Τον επόμενο Μάρτιο παραχωρούν ωριαία συνέντευξη στον Ραδιοφωνικό σταθμό "RAINBOW 89.00 FM" όπου παίζουν Unplugged και αρκετά κομμάτια ενώ τον Μάιο του 2008 φιγουράρουν και πάλι στην λίστα με τις δυνατότερες Rockabilly μπάντες στην Ελλάδα στο Άρθρο του μουσικού περιοδικού -«ΔΙΦΩΝΟ». Επίσης παραχωρούν συνέντευξη σε ένα ακόμη μουσικό άρθρο στην εφημερίδα «ΤΑ ΝΕΑ» τον Σεπτέμβριο του 2008 ενώ τον Οκτώβριο του ίδιου έτους κάνουν και την πρώτη τους τηλεοπτική εμφάνιση στον σταθμό του ΑΝΤ1 παίζοντας ζωντανά το κομμάτι "What To Do!" στην εκπομπή «ΡΑΔΙΟ ΑΡΒΥΛΑ». Με την κυκλοφορία του πρώτου τους Άλμπουμ αναμένονται πολλές ακόμη έντυπες, ραδιοφωνικές αλλά και τηλεοπτικές εμφανίσεις.
ΔΙΣΚΟΓΡΑΦΙΑ:
Το πρώτο τραγούδι των Breathless "What To Do!" κυκλοφόρησε στην μουσική συλλογή "ENJOY THE GREEKS VOL.2" η οποία περιείχε αγγλόφωνα κομμάτια από ελληνικές μπάντες σε ένα CD το οποίο κυκλοφόρησε μαζί με το περιοδικό «ΠΟΚ ΚΑΙ ΡΟΚ» τον Μάιο του 2006 ξεπερνώντας σε κυκλοφορία τα 10,000 αντίτυπα!!!
Η δεύτερη δισκογραφική τους εμφάνιση πραγματοποιείται μέσα από την συλλογή "WHITE BOPPIN' TOWER VOL.2" τον Αύγουστο του 2006 , ένα CD το οποίο περιείχε τραγούδια από όλες σχεδόν τις μπάντες που συμμετείχαν στο ομότιτλο Φεστιβάλ. Εκεί οι Breathless εμφανίζονται με το "Out Of Your Door" . Η συλλογή αυτή περνάει τα όρια της Ελλάδος και ταξιδεύει σε πολλές χώρες της Ευρώπης μεταξύ των οποίων η Γερμανία, η Ολλανδία, η Ισπανία, η Ιταλία αλλά και η Αργεντινή!!!
Έπειτα από τις δύο αυτές συμμετοχές έρχεται η ώρα να ηχογραφήσουν το πρώτο προσωπικό τους Άλμπουμ. Το CD κυκλοφορεί τον Ιούλιο του 2008 με τίτλο "BREATHLESS IN THEIR VERY FIRST TAKE" και αποτελείται από 12 κομμάτια εκ των οποίων τα δύο είναι διασκευές. Το Άλμπουμ πρόκειται να κυκλοφορήσει σε όλη σχεδόν την Ευρώπη - Αγγλία, Γερμανία, Σουηδία, Φιλανδία, Ολλανδία, Βέλγιο, Ισπανία, Ιταλία - και αλλού ενώ παραγγελίες έχουν ήδη σταλεί σε Ιαπωνία(!!!) και πιθανώς να ταξιδέψει και στις Η.Π.Α.
ΜΕΛΛΟΝΤΙΚΑ ΠΛΑΝΑ:
Στο άμεσο μέλλον, στα πλάνα του συγκροτήματος είναι η προώθηση του δίσκου στην Ελλάδα, πραγματοποιώντας την επίσημη παρουσίαση του Άλμπουμ σε Θες/νικη και Αθήνα και παίζοντας σε πάρα πολλές περιοχές τις χώρας ενώ θα ακολουθήσουν Συνεντεύξεις, Άρθρα, ραδιοφωνικές και τηλεοπτικές εμφανίσεις. Στην συνέχεια υπάρχουν σχέδια και για αρκετές ζωντανές εμφανίσεις εκτός συνόρων καθώς με την κυκλοφορία του άλμπουμ στο εξωτερικό αναμένεται να συζητηθούν και διάφορες προτάσεις.
Oι "Blacksun"

Blacksun was formed in 1993 by Minas P. (guitars) and Anthony A. (drums). After a while Konstantinos Dratzides (bass) joined the band. On April 1994 the band released the debut demo-tape called "Blacksun". This demo-tape includes 5 tracks of pure metal. Two tracks of this demo-tape were included in Greek metal underground compilations. After two years the second demo-tape came true, titled "Through Storm We Ride".
The atmosphere was more epic in that three-track release. This demo-tape took interesting reviews in countries like Japan and Germany. After that, Anthony and Konstantinos left the band for personal obligations. The band went on with session musicians but the result was disappointing. After one year Anthony and Konstantinos rejoined the band. Two new members joined the band as well, Nikos Filippas (Vocals), Nikos Koulelis (Bass). With the new line-up created their third attack called "Crystal Edge of Time" in cd this time.
The music of the band turned to be more melodic but heavy metal as well. The reviews were very hopeful and band continued to earn well reports on abroad again. Despite the well critics of this release, Nikos Filippas left the band due to personal reasons. After a while the arrival of Konstantinos Karayiannis (keyboards) helped the band by adding keys to the songs. He became an active member of the band helping on composing as well. Also he became the lead singer. More retirements came up. Nikos Koulelis left the band and Konstantinos Dratzides did also as well. Despite the difficult season, Blacksun managed to replace empty places. Panagiotis Charalambous (guitars) and John Tsimas (bass) joined the band.
This line-up created a new cd called "Promo-cd 2001". The music turned to melodic, romantic metal with a variety of influences. This was the big step for the band in its music progress. Live performances came true and contact with some labels. Also a promising frontman Dinos Matsikas joined the band. But problems came up one more time. Minas P. and Anthony A. left because of army obligations. This was the darkest period of the band although new songs were arranged with the previous line-up. Nothing special happened except two live performances one of which was support to ex Iron Maiden vocalist Paul Di'' Anno.
The last members split up. After these bad incidents and some time of inactivity, Minas P. and Anthony A. made a new start for the band, having the assistance of session musicians that proved to be both more sufficient and more consistent than steady members.This effort gave birth to Blacksun's new cd called Tragaedia Eternal.New replacements took place. John, Sissy and Marios could not participate in the band's obligations. So Minas took also over the bass section and Steve Venardo of Airged Lamh took over the vocals.
On 10th September 2008 Blacksun released their new cd called Rebirth.
